Ideal wheel for the base plate of HOAC frames.
The fixed stage is joined with the base plate by 4 screws.

Vulkollan is a highly elastic material intended for high load capacity.
For wheels and wheel supports, the Vulkollan mesh in glycol is normally used.
Vulkollan covers give the wheels a greater load capacity than if rubber is used. This advantage translates into space and weight savings. The wheels of other plastics are stronger, but do not offer ease of rolling and produce more noise.
Compared to other materials that have the same PUR-Elastomers, Vulkollan has a higher E.module and therefore a greater load capacity accompanied by a low absorption capacity and a low probability of permanent deformation.

Vulkollan is a homogeneous material with a high molecular weight without any additive to enhance its flexibility and color. Tensile strength and continued wear are the same for any type of Vulkollan.
The stiffness of the Vulkollan is proportional to its thickness, showing a high clamping quality when subjected to tensile stress and high tear resistance while its flexibility to impact decreases.

When choosing the type of Vulkollan, its physical characteristics should be considered to vary with temperature; up to 80º C, the elastic characteristics are constant while at low temperatures the Vulkollan becomes more rigid and when it reaches -40ºC the elasticity is zero without any possibility of fracturing.
