FIRST.- PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT.-
By these General Conditions, PS STAGE undertakes to deliver to the CUSTOMER the products that the latter has requested through the Website in exchange for a certain price.

SECOND. -ALTERATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS.-

THIRD.- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OFPS STAGE

FOURTH.- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT.-
4.1. Payment. - The CUSTOMER agrees to pay in advance the amount for the product actually ordered in the following amounts and manner:

For this reason, returns are not accepted nor is the right of withdrawal recognized, except in cases where the delivered product does not correspond to the one ordered, has manufacturing defects or damage resulting from transport, duly reported within the time periods established in these conditions.
