It is understood that the features, measurements, weights, colours, photographs and graphic representations given for the products are merely indicative, for the purpose of providing the user/customer with as much information as possible.
Specifications
The specifications and description of the products on the website are correct to the best of its knowledge at the time of publication. However, PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL reserves the right to change specifications without prior notice.
The user/customer will be wholly responsible for ensuring that all products are fully appropriate for their intended use and application.
Prices
All prices on the website exclude VAT, which will be charged at the current rate.
PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL will not be liable in the event that the price of a product or service is posted as being much lower than the market price, whether due to involuntary or technical error. In such cases, users/customers will be informed as soon as possible, the order cancelled and the money returned to the user/customer. If the user/customer has already received the product they must return it to PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL, who will bear the cost of the return. PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL will not be obliged to complete the sale or deliver the product in question. Prices are correct at the time of publication, but are subject to change without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
Prices do not include shipping charges, which must be accepted by the user/customer at the time of placing the order.
PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL accepts payment by transfer or credit card. Payment must be made in euros.
Delivery times
PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL will make every effort to organise delivery of the product within the times requested, but cannot take any responsibility for the consequences of any failure to deliver on time.
Availability of stock
PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL will attempt to keep an adequate stock of products. However, this is not always possible. The user/customer will be informed as promptly as possible of any delay.
About delivery
No product will be sent until the Administration Department has ascertained that payment has been made.
It should be borne in mind that deliveries paid for by bank transfer will be processed once payment has been received, in between 24 and 48 hours. When payment is by credit card, confirmation of payment is immediate.
Delivery is considered to have been made when the shipper has delivered the package or packages to the user/customer and the latter has signed the acceptance document.

PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL undertakes to despatch the goods on the same day if it has them in stock and if the order was placed before 12 o'clock midday. If the goods are not in stock, the user/customer will be contacted to confirm delivery times. However, delays will not entail cancellation of the order or any compensation. Any penalty clause for delays imposed by the user/client will be void.
Products will always be sent by national carriers, depending on their weight and volume. However, the company reserves the right to send them by whatever means it sees fit if this is necessary to meet its commitments. Shipping costs will vary according to weight, bulk, product type and delivery zone.
All purchases will be delivered to the address given by the user/customer, except in the case of absence or because the weight, volume or nature of the goods do not allow one person to deliver them, in which case they will be delivered at the street door or local branch office. If the addressee is absent a note about the attempted delivery will be left. PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL will not be responsible for errors or damages caused to the delivery where the delivery address entered by the user/customer is non-existent or incorrect.
In order to speed up the delivery process, the address given by the user/customer must be an address at which delivery can be made during normal working hours.
At the time of delivery of the product, the user/customer must show the carrier an identity document, check the visual state of the packages and make a note on the delivery document (in the format presented by the carrier) of any observations and reservations apparent at the time (e.g. missing packages or damages or poor handling visible on the products or the packaging). If the delivery note is on paper, the user/customer must ask the carrier for a copy of it.
In the event that upon opening the packages containing the products the user/customer sees that they are damaged in transit, are incorrect or that products from the same order are missing, they must write to info@ps-stage.com promptly, if possible within five (5) calendar days of delivery.
Returns
PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL will only accept returns of products that reach the user/customer in an unusable state, always by prior agreement, and will not accept returns once 7 calendar days have passed following the date of reception.
Returns will not be accepted if the product packaging is not in perfect condition, and the use of adhesive tape and seals is prohibited.
Returns are not possible for special orders, especially long cuts, specially made textiles or lifting equipment.
All returns must be authorised. The user/customer must therefore request authorisation for the return by emailing: info@ps-stage.com, giving the reason for the return and the invoice number. Once the user/customer has received authorisation for the return, they must send the products to the address specified. The shipping costs for this will be borne by the user/customer.
The user/customer will be entitled to a refund of the price, the delivery costs and the return shipping costs for the faulty products or the products delivered which did not match the order placed by the user/customer, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Warranties
All products marketed have a warranty period set by the manufacturer.
The warranty covers both labour and parts to be replaced, except in cases where the manufacturer stipulated some other terms.
The warranty will be voided in the following cases:
- Impacts and/or improper shipment.
- Improper tampering.
- Defective installations and/or installation errors.
- Incorrect power supply.
- Tampering by personnel other than the manufacturer's official technical support service, or breaking of any seal.
- Damage due to natural phenomena or those which affect the power supply.
Repair time, the classification of the fault and whether it is covered by the warranty or not are determined by the manufacturer's official technical support service. To carry out repairs, the manufacturer's official technical support service may replace parts or else the whole product if they see fit. All repairs must be authorised. The user/customer can request a repair no. by emailing: info@ps-stage.com, specifying the problem with the product.
Once the user/customer has received the repair number, they must pack up the products properly and send them to the address specified. The shipping costs for this will be borne by the user/customer.
After the repair, PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL will return the products postage paid (Spain only) if they are under warranty, or postage due if they are outside the warranty.
Confidentiality
PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL has taken all the necessary measures to ensure maximum security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data.
Data are gathered at the time of making the purchase, added to the database and used solely to personalise subsequent visits and invoice and deliver the products ordered, as well as sending information about offers and services that might be of interest.
Under no circumstances will the said data be transferred to any third parties, in accordance with the stipulations of the Spanish data protection act, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December 1999. Disclaimer
Notwithstanding the stipulations of applicable legislation, in cases where the product is sold by PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL, liability in respect of products purchased through www.ps-stage.com will be limited to the purchase price of the said products.
Integrity and Modification of the Conditions of Sale
The General Conditions of Sale govern purchases by users/customers of the products and represent the sole, explicit intention of PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL regarding the user/customer in relation to their object and void and replace any other agreement or contract, whether verbal or written, previously reached by the parties. Any modification thereto must be made in writing and by mutual agreement between the parties involved.

In the event of any controversy or disagreement that might arise from these Conditions or over the purchase of products through www.ps-stage.com, to settle any conflict, PASCUALIN ESTRUCTURES STAGE TECHNOLOGY, SL and the user/customer agree to submit, of their own free will, to the courts and tribunals of the town in which the user/customer is domiciled, renouncing any other forum or jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.
