V-Frames made out of two single 48 mm x 4 mm round tube aluminum profiles that are welded to two 48 mm x 3 mm round tube profiles reaching the design of a ladder. For force improvement a diagonal racing is welded in between. All material consists of ENAW 6082 T6 coming with 3.1 certification according to EN 10204. Different heights are manufactured to reach a total range from 400 mm up to 3850 mm. With an eccentric bolt the height will be fixed. By rotating the eccentric bolt 90° the connection will be tightened. This ladder and diagonal bracing design within the V-frame makes sure, the setup is strong and stiff and cannot sway from its vertical position.
V-frames can go up to 4m and more, standard step heights for riser are 150mm, 166mm, 200mm but also custom heights.
At one side of the V-frame depending on the height a number of doughty-clamps are welded onto the V-frame. This enables the connection of the V-frames in one grand stand from front row to back row easy and safe without tools for stiff and safe setup.
V-frames and the diagonal bracing are marked in different colors according to different heights for easy setup. An owners manual you to build up different setups and it will also shows you the number of diagonal bracing compare to the load of 250Kg/500Kg/750Kg.
