Litetruss X33D
The Litetruss X33D series marks the transition from flat geometry (1- and 2-point) to three-dimensional geometry with the Triangular Truss (3-Point) format, classified as Light Duty. This design is the standard for trade show and event structures, offering an excellent balance between strength, versatility, and cost.
⚙️ Features: The Versatility of the 3-Point Design
The X33D is formed by three main 50 mm tubes arranged in a triangle, joined by bracing (web members). This geometry gives the truss significantly greater torsional rigidity than parallel trusses (2-point).
| Feature | Litetruss X33D Detail | Key Advantage |
| Structure | 3-Point (Triangular), classified as Light Duty. | High Torsional Rigidity, crucial for 3D structures (like towers or arches). |
| Tube Dimensions | 50 mm outer diameter. | Allows the use of standard clamps and accessories for assembly. |
| Design | Three main tubes joined by bracing. | The triangular shape offers superior stability against torsion and lateral bending moment. |
| Load Capacity | Medium. Higher horizontal load capacity than the 2-point Light Duty truss (X32L) and suitable for medium spans. | Ideal for hanging standard lighting, banners, and light panels. |
| Primary Use | Trade Show Booths, Entrance Arches, Low-weight Light Towers, retail structures, and event decoration. | Its triangular shape is aesthetically appealing and functional for roof grids and perimeter structures. |
| Transport | More voluminous than the 1- or 2-point truss, but its design is efficient for stacking (the triangular profile "nests" better than square truss). | Facilitates the storage and logistics of complete structures. |
